With heavy hearts that we lost our husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. Elmer P. Westphal left us to meet Jesus on Thursday August 4, 2022. He was born to Elmer Jr. and Ann Westphal March 17, 1946. Elmer graduated from Suring High School in 1965. He went on to serve our country until 1968 in the Army during the Vietnam War. His time in the service was something he was very proud of. He was united in marriage to Ileen Madison on May 28, 1966. They celebrated 56 years together this past spring.

Elmer retired from Procter-Gamble after 30 years employment and then worked for NPS for 10 years. He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
