Shirley A. Hultin, 91, of Green Bay and formerly of Minneapolis, departed this life peacefully on Christmas Eve, at Grancare Nursing Center, she was the beloved wife of the late LeRoy Hultin.

Shirley was born on May 30, 1927 in Minneapolis, daughter of the late Bert and Ann (Hoffman) Vandergon. Shirley was extremely artistic. She loved crafting, flower arranging, bead work, baking, and tending to her African Violets. She worked for many years as a Banquet Waitress for the Sheraton Ritz in Minneapolis. She was a loving mother, raising her six children, even sewing most their clothes as they grew. She was a former member of the African Violet Society.

She is survived by 5 children: Linda, Laurel (Jack), La Verne, Stanley (Janell), and Scott (Marcia). 11 grandchildren & 19 great grandchildren & 2 great great grandchildren. Shirley is also survived by extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her son, Steven Hultin and a brother Dale Vandergon.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 10 AM - 12 PM at Newcomer - Green Bay Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay. A memorial service celebrating her life will follow at 12 PM in the funeral home. Additional services and committal will take place in Minneapolis in the spring with a date and time to be announced.
