Janice M. Juds
1952 - 2018

Janice M. Juds, 65, of Little Suamico, beloved wife of Michael Juds, departed this life peacefully on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital.

Janice was born on August 17, 1952, in Rhinelander, WI daughter of Lola (Butterfield) Obey and the late Gordon R. Obey. She enjoyed motorcycling with her husband, riding the open road with the wind in her hair. Janice loved to travel and especially enjoyed the trip taken to Sturgis, North Dakota. She was a huge animal lover, and will be missed by her puppies, Gizmo and Charlie. In her spare time she enjoyed going to the cabin up north, fishing, cross stitching, crocheting, and going to craft fairs. She made many gifts for her family and friends. She loved the color red, and really enjoyed decorating and celebrating Christmas.

She will be sadly missed by husband of over 25 years, Mike. She also leaves her mom, Lola, and siblings: Sally Obey and her special friend Mike, Sandy (Dirk) Stacie, and Kathy Obey and her special friend Mike. Janice also leaves a niece, Nicole (Tony) Jensen, and a nephew, Wyatt (Chelsi Weber) Obey along with numerous extended family and friends. Janice is preceded in death by her father, Gordon and brother, Bob Obey.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 3 - 6 PM at Newcomer - Green Bay Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay. A service celebrating her life will follow at 6 PM in the funeral home. At Janice's request her ashes will be scattered at the family cabin up north at a later date.

Janice's family would like to thank the doctors and staff of St. Mary's Hospital for the care given to her during her illness.
