Richard was born on March 13, 1948 in Summit, WI son of the late Wilfred and Celestine Weiss. In his spare time Richard was an avid fisherman, loved bowling, shooting pool, and never went anywhere without his beloved Packer Mug. He will be most remembered as a loving and kind Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather.
He is survived by his three children: Daniel Weiss, Tammie (Jon Chilsen) Weiss, and Tina (Glen Coder) Weiss. Richard also leaves five grandchildren: Karmen, Jazmen, Devon, Jacob, and Garrett along with four great grandchildren: Lilly, Johnny, Sylvia, and Harper along with a sister, Linda Rask. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Judith Weiss and second wife, Rosalie Weiss.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 4 PM - 6 PM at Newcomer - Green Bay Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay.
Richard's family wishes to express their gratitude to the staffs of Unity Hospice and Bellin Hospital for the wonderful care given to him throughout his illness.
