Holly A. Sundquist, 61, of Green Bay, beloved wife of John Sundquist, departed this life on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Bellin Health Center in Green Bay following a long courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

Holly was born on January 20, 1957 in Oshkosh daughter of Arleen (Robert) Johnson and the late Fred Vaillancourt. Holly was loved by so many and was always there to help when needed. She loved baking, listening to music, and playing cards with family, friends, and caretakers. She will be remembered most as a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

She will be sadly missed by her husband John and children: Robert (Wendy) Vaillancourt and Alan (Keri Miller) Vaillancourt an adopted son, Austin Dougherty. Holly also leaves her mother Arleen and siblings: Gary (Priscilla) Vaillancourt, Brian Vaillancourt, Diann Vaillancourt, Pamela Davies, Diane (Klaus) Anderson, Cindy (Robert) Geise, Dolores Vaillancourt, Wendy (Adnan) Nabulsi, and April (Shu) Vaillancourt. Holly leaves her beloved grandchildren: Devon, Izaiah, Genevieve, John, Amanda, Lexi, Aleica, Alan Jr., and Morgan along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. Holly is preceded is death by two brothers, Gene Vaillancourt and Fred Vaillancourt Jr. a nephew, Jesse Moureau, and her friends, Judy and Harold Hanke.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 11 AM - 1 PM at Newcomer - Green Bay Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay. A funeral service will follow at 1 PM in the funeral home.

Holly's family would like to extend a special thank you Santa Maria Nursing Home Staff and to her caregivers that became wonderful family friends, Kim, Tammy, and Gwen for the care and support given to Holly throughout her journey.
