Sandra C. "Sandie" MacArthur, age 67, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 4, 2017.

She was born on October 27, 1950 in Brussells to the late Harry & Cecelia DeKeyser.

Sandie worked at Highland Healthcare for over twenty years in housekeeping. She was the proud co-owner of the Loading Dock Bar.

She enjoyed playing cards, especially 31, going camping at White Clay Lake and playing BINGO. She was the light of any party and always had a good joke.

Survivors include her three children, Dawn (William) Baker, Corey (Paula White) DeKeyser and Shannon (Lawrence) McVeigh; grandchildren, Courtney, Brittany, Thomas, Billy, Charlie, Jack, Brendon, Kyle, Chance, Isaac, Kyia, Alexandra, Mia and Rafael; love of her life, William Noack; siblings, Iva Stauber, Della DeGroot, Clayton (Kathy) DeKeyser and Denis (Cheryl) DeKeyser.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Joan & Mae.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, December 8, 2017, at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Ave.

The family would like to extend a thank you to the Aurora Baycare fourth floor staff for their care and compassion of Sandie.
