Arthur "Billy" VanBuskirk, age 57, of Oshkosh (formerly of Green Bay), passed away Friday, March 31, 2017 at his home with his loving wife at his side, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born October 23, 1959 in Winthrop, MA, son of the late Gordon Arthur, Sr. and Hazel (Swan) VanBuskirk.

Arthur married Beverly Brown, February 19, 2005 and they shared 11 blessed years of marriage. He was a master roofer. Billy was an avid sports fan and cheered on his favorite team, the New England Patriots. He had a cheerful nature and loved to have a good time!

Arthur is survived by his wife, Beverly; his step-children: Keanya Brown, Adam Jackson, Jr. III and Aaron Jackson; 10 grandchildren; 1 honorary VanBuskirk, Amaya Lynn Jackson; a sister, Sharron Camellia and a brother, David VanBuskirk.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Gordon, Jr. and a sister, Elaine.

Services for Arthur will be held in Winthrop, MA.
