Betty Lou Tuma, 75, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Marla Vista Manor CBRF. She was born November 11, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Martin and Kathleen (Fritsch) Rider.

Lloyd and Betty were married November 4, 1961 in Royal Oaks, Michigan.

Lloyd Tuma passed away Monday, July 14, 2014. He was born March 17, 1932 to the late Joseph and Martha Tuma.

Betty enjoyed cooking, canning and gardening.

Lloyd worked in the paper mill for 34 years.

They loved spending time up north at their cabin. Betty and Lloyd were great supporters of animal charities.

Betty is survived by; sister, Bernice (Rider) Schaschko; niece, Linda (Bryce) Peters; great niece, Shannon Marie Klaus; great nephew, Shane Michael Peters; and great-great nephew and friends, Gerald (Sharon) Schultz.

She is preceded in death by her husband Lloyd; parents; brother, William Rider; brother-in-law, William Schaschko; and their three pets, Buster, Louie and Louie.
