Marvin Francis DeVillers, 77, of Green Bay, passed away on April 23, 2016 at Bellin Health Hospital.

He was born on February 2, 1939, in Algoma, Wisconsin to the late August and Matilda (Barrette) DeVillers. Marvin was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

In his spare time Marvin enjoyed watching John Wayne, Chuck Norris movies, and WWE. He loved to drink coffee and his favorite flowers were red and white roses. He was an avid NASCAR fan and followed Dale Earnhardt. He also loved the Green Bay Packers. Marvin's greatest legacy is that of a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.

Marvin is survived by his loving wife of 21 years Linda DeVillers and his children: Charles (Dawn) DeVillers of TX, Michael (Yolanda) DeVillers of TX, Kenny (Jenny) DeVillers of WA, Kevin (Noemi Ornelas) DeVillers of Green Bay, WI; Sara Lucas of TX, Jeanette (Adam Johnson) DeVillers of Seymour, WI, Ellen (Larry) Kanoza of CO, Tammy (Matt Pfister) Crone of Green Bay, WI, Christine (William) Kidd of Green Bay, WI; , Patrick (Amy) Klimek of Green Bay, WI; Brother, August (Aggie) DeVillers, Jr. of Green Bay, WI; Three Sisters, Audrey (Roger) Lischka of Green Bay, WI, Rosie Wenzel of IL, Jeanette King of Green Bay, WI. He also leaves 21 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by 2 brother in laws, Elroy King Sr, and Walter Wenzel his best friends Judy and Harold Hanke, and one grandson Christopher Lucas.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 28th from 1 - 4 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay. A memorial service will follow at 4 PM in the funeral home. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project.
