Marylou Brendemehl
1927 - 2015
Marylou married Haven Brendemehl, November 7, 1970 at Calvary Lutheran Church, Abrams, WI, and together they shared 45 loving years of marriage. She held many occupations and eventually retired from the Brown County Library in 1990.
Finally, on November 15, 2015, God blessed Marylou with a holy death and took her home to rest in the arms of Jesus to await the resurrection of the dead.
The Lord gives and the Lord takes away; blessed be the name of the Lord. We give thanks to God our Father through Jesus Christ, our Lord, for our sister, Marylou.
Marylou is survived by her loving husband, Haven; 3 children: Craig (Mary Beth) Kruse, Karla Kruse and Debbie (Hugh Janssen) Samsa; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two infant twin sons; 2 brothers, Jack and Joe Schafer and a great-granddaughter, Chloe.
Friends and relatives may call at CHRIST OF THE BAY LUTHERAN CHURCH, (450 Laverne Dr., Green Bay) on Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 10 to 11 AM. A memorial service will follow at 11 AM. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Little Suamico.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Christ of the Bay Lutheran Church are appreciated.
Marylou’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Margot Wittig, the staff at Angels on Humbolt and Unity Hospice for their exceptional care of Marylou during her final days.
