James is survived by his mother, Erma; his wife Karen; sons, Kevin (Shery)Klaus, Shawn(Jessica)Klaus, Paul(Meagan)Lealiou; grandchildren, Ashley, Dallas, Zoey, Emma; brothers, David (Jean)Klaus, Richard(Donna)Klaus and his sister Jane (Gerald) Prevost.
James was preceded in death by his father Gerald and his son Mark Hatfield.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 20, 2015, from 11AM till 1PM at Newcomer Funeral Home 340 S. Monroe St. A funeral service will be held at 1PM at the funeral home.
In Lieu of Flowers a Memorial Fund has been established in James name.
A special thank you to Unity Hospice for their care.
