On Sunday, June 3, 2018, our mother and father were once again reunited-their marriage of 72 years goes on in heaven. Wilfred Stein was born on February 14, 1922 to John and Mae (Brown) Stein. On February 18, 1943, Will married Rosemary Rousseau while on leave during World War II. Will undertook several long-term jobs in his lifetime having operated Allouez Beverages for well over 25 years, and then being employed by the Green Bay Water Department for over 20 additional years. Will took pride in his work and family-being a dad, grandpa and great-grandpa.

Will is survived by his 2 children, Sharon (Bill) Dickey of Green Bay and Jim Stein of Milwaukee, WI; 4 grandchildren: Jon (Lauren), Mike (Ronda), Brad (Elizabeth) and Scott (Leah) and 9 great-grandchildren: Kayla, Julianna, Austin, Devan, Camryn, Charlotte, James, Liam and Gabriel; a brother, Donald (Mary); nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; a daughter, Sister Susan Stein; 5 sisters: Florence (Ed) Morris, Vi (Clarence) Samorske, Frances (Harvey) Olsen, Catherine (Ted) Kielpikowski and Ceil (Joseph) Hodits and 3 brothers: Lester, George (Adele) and Robert (Eileen) Stein.

Friends and relatives may call Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 9:30 to 11 AM at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay). A funeral service will follow at 11 AM with full military honors. .

A special thank you to Will's son, Jim for taking Will into his home and caring for him for the last 3 years.
