Heather A. Nys, age 31, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 20, 2018.

She was born on September 30, 1986, in Green Bay to Gary & Judy Nys.

Heather worked at the Oneida Casino. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, going shopping for her nieces and nephews.

On October 17, 2017, her daughter, Braelyn Love was born. She was the love of Heather's life and she loved being her mother. She also cared for and loved her "nieces and nephew" Camden, Karisma and Kahilia, as if they were her own.

Survivors include her daughter, Braelyn; mother, Judy Nys; siblings, Robert (Ashley Smith) Nys, Sr., Chad (Angel Jordan) Nys, Gary Lee (Laura) Nys and Becky (Darren) Porter; nieces and nephews, Robbie Jr., Tracy, Trevor, Jacqueline, Joshua, Marques and Kierra; aunts, uncles and cousins; special friends, Antoinette and Shelly; she will be sadly missed by her dog, Bella.

She is preceded in death by her father, Gary Nys; maternal grandparents, June & Don Whetung; paternal grandparents, Robert & Janet Nys; cousins, Wade Besson, Willy Whetung, Missy Whetung and Brenda Whetung.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Newcomer - Green Bay Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Ave. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday.
