She was born on May 2, 1939, in Green Bay to the late Mary Lewis & Robert Withbroe.
Survivors include her three children, Carrie (Mark Cabot) Kollatz, Sherry (Tim) Brown and Joseph (Joy) Balisteri; grandchildren, Billy & Brian Kollatz, Tiffany Brown, and Tony, April and Tucker Balisteri; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Don (Denise) Lewis, Robert (Sandy) Withbroe, Jan (Dave) Evras, Peg Stofferan, Nancy (Mike) Diring, and Mary Greene; cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Sunday, February 11, 2018, at Newcomer - Green Bay Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Ave. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday. Burial will be at Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
