Della married her first husband, Henry Rex Havens, Sr. and together they had 4 children. She then married Gus Kalady in June of 1985 in Chicago. He passed away January 29, 1986.
Della worked for many years as the elevator operator in the Bellin Building.
Della loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the rest of her family. Della was loved by everyone she knew. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace now beloved mom, wife, sister, grandma, auntie and great-grandma.
Della is survived by her 4 children: Robert (Joann) Havens, Henry Havens, Jr., Phyllis (Kevin) Havens and Debbie (Butch) Havens; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Andrew (Ann) Korenchan and a sister, Caroline (the late Bill) Casias. She is further survived by a sister-in-law, Lona Harrell; brother-in-law, Richard Winkler; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gus; a brother, Clayton Harrell; 4 sisters, Marie Winkler, Betty Casias, Florence Corn and Irene Lincoln and her former husband, Henry Havens, Sr.
Visitation will be Monday, December 4, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 5:00PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (340 S. Monroe Ave, Green Bay).
