David Ross obituary: David Ross's Obituary, Green Bay
In Memory Of
David "Dave" Ross

In Memory Of
David "Dave" Ross
1955 - 2017
Dave worked as a Respiratory Therapist until his health prevented him from working. He married Ann Kitzhaber, August 1, 1987 and together they shared 30 loving years of marriage and raised their son, Jonathan.
Dave struggled with Diabetes for 47 years. He received 2 kidneys, one from each of his sisters, that enabled him to be with his family and friends for many extra years. He was grateful to his sisters for this gift of life that they gave to him. His stubborn nature helped him fight his illnesses for many years. He is finally at peace.
Dave enjoyed interesting pets and animals, and kept aquariums full of Koi fish and other assorted salt water fish. His favorite pet was his African Grey parrot, Casper, with whom he enjoyed many conversations. He loved to cheer on the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys. Dave was most proud of his son, Jonathan, who recently graduated from UW-Madison and aspires to attend law school next fall.
David is survived by his wife, Ann; his son, Jonathan; his father, Robert; 2 sisters, Trude (Tom) Zieloski and Holly Ross-Baril; brother, Chris (Mary) Ross; nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Yolonda Ross.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay), Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 11 AM to 1 PM. A celebration of David's life will follow at 1 PM. Interment will be in Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
Dave's family would like to extend a special thank you to the staffs of St. Vincent Hospital and Unity Hospice for their exceptional care of Dave and their support of the family.
