She was born on June 20, 1924 in Kansas City, MO, daughter of William and Irene (Atwood) Jones.
Berniece was a nurse at St. Mary's Hospital for many years. She was a member of Living Hope Church. She loved to travel, to sing and to pray, but most of all, she loved her family.
Survivors include, her son, Robert O'Connor; daughter, Diann Funderburg;
and her grandchildren, Robert O'Connor, Christopher O'Connor, Jonathan Soto, Christine Maher, Barry O'Connor, Brad O'Connor, Nick Pileggi and Leah Funderburg;
eleven great-grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren; siblings, Lois Drath, Orby Jones & Donald Jones.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert O'Connor; son, Louis Pileggi; brother, William Jones.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Living Hope Church, 1840 W Mason St, Green Bay. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Brookside Cemetery.
