Dorothy M. Sprangers, age 83, of De Pere, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017. She was born June 1, 1933 in Wausaukee, WI, daughter of the late Frank and Irene (Burmeister) Lubinski.

Dorothy married Myron "Mike" Sprangers on September 26, 1953 and they were blessed with 6 children. He preceded her in death on March 18, 2012. Together they owned and operated Sprangers Steam Extraction.

She was a longtime member of TOPS in Suamico and truly treasured her time spent with friends there. One of her favorite past times was feeding and watching birds.

Dorothy was a woman of strong faith and was a member of St. Francis Xavier Parish, De Pere.

Dorothy is survived by her 5 children: Sue (Gary) Pamperin, Sherry (Brian) DonLevy, Kathy (Bill) Sconzert, Steve (Ann) Sprangers and Gloria Payne; 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mike; daughter, Mary Jo; grandson, Davie; son-in-laws, Ralph Payne and Steve Siebert.
Dorothy has joined those who have passed before her and will be missed by her extended family and friends that are still here.

Visitation will be held from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at St. Francis Xavier Parish 220 Michigan St., De Pere. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday at the church.
